Which Types of Kids’ Rackets are Available?

• Stage 4 rackets for three- to five-year-olds
• Stage 3 rackets for kids from five to eight
• Stage 2 rackets for kids from seven to eleven

Stage four rackets are perfect for very young children under the age of five. The rackets are 480 millimetres in length and weigh 170 grams. That makes hitting the ball a lot easier and helps the kids to learn the proper technique. The five- to eight-year-olds ideally play with stage 3 equipment: at 540 millimetres in length and 180 grams in weight, they are slightly bigger than stage 4 rackets. And for kids from seven to eleven, we have stage 2 tennis rackets, which are 600 millimetres in length and weigh about 200 grams.
